The three states are an object to the Soul, which is the formless subject.+

The waking experience is common to all. The man and his individual experiences of the world are present only when the waking experience is present.

The man is aware of the dream and deep sleep experience only in the waking experience. The man is unaware of the waking or dream, in deep sleep.

The duality is present only in the waking or the dream. In deep sleep, there is only non-duality.

The waking experience is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking experience. The individual experience within the waking experience is as real as a dream.

The individual experiences within the dream are as real as the waking experience. The reality of the waking experience is limited to the waking experience. The reality of the dream is limited to the dream.

The witness of the three states is not you. But the Soul, the innermost Self. Your existence is limited to waking experience alone. The one which witnesses the dream as a whole is not you but the Soul.

The witness of the waking experience as a whole is not you but the Soul, because you exist within the waking experience.

The three states are an object to the Soul, which is the formless subject. From the standpoint of the Soul, which is the subject, there is no object because the subject and object are one, in essence.

The waking experience is a reality from the standpoint of the ego (you). The witness is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The seeker who is aware of the existence of the formless witness apart from the three states will realize the fact that the three states are merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

The seeker must reflect on the nature of the Soul to abide in it.

The Soul is the substance, the witness, and also the source of the three states. In reality, the substance, the witness, and the source are one, in essence. Thus, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness and three states are one in essence. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
