Grasping the ‘Self’ hidden by the dualistic illusion depends on the capacity of the seeker to grasp it.

You have to mentally draw your attention back every time it turns to the dualistic illusion (I) and fix it on the Soul the Self."

Remember this: ~

The ‘I’ is not the Self.

The ‘I’ is illusory.

The Self is the Soul, which witnesses the coming and going, of the ‘I’.

The Soul is permanent and eternal only the ‘I’ appears and disappears.

The ‘I’ becomes the Soul in deep sleep.

The Soul becomes ‘I’ in the waking experience.

The ‘I’ is not the witness.

The 'I' is an object to the Soul, the 'Self'-which is the subject.

The Soul is the witness of the ‘I’, which comes and goes.

Holding the ‘I’ as the witness is a great error.

The Soul, the Self is hidden by the dualistic illusion and never changes, but the changes take place within the dualistic illusion or Maya.

The dualistic illusion or Maya becomes the non-dualistic reality in deep sleep and deep sleep becomes the dualistic illusion or Maya in waking.

The one that becomes the dualistic illusion and one that becomes a non-dualistic reality is the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Grasping the ‘Self’ hidden by the dualistic illusion depends on the capacity of the seeker to grasp it. People are conditioned and programmed to grasp only the dualistic truth.

It is very difficult to decondition the religious people, to deprogram them. The religious conditioning is so deep-rooted it is very difficult for them to accept the truth hidden by ignorance.

When the moment arises when the seeker realizes that his religious faith is nothing but a myth. Then he chooses between his religion and Spirituality and he will be able to drop religion and accept Spirituality.

People who are ready to listen to the truth hidden by the untruth, without religion, without yoga, without the scriptures, without their accumulated knowledge, and without any Guru are ready and receptive to Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

People who are sharp enough to grasp and realize the Advaitic truth directly realize it. By forgetting all that you accumulated knowledge and you start afresh.

As the conviction of the Soul, the Self becomes firm all the ‘I’ false on its own.

First, realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Mentally hold on to the Soul and mentally reduce the world in which you exist as consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
