The third eye theory is the yogic theory. The Third Eye theory is based on the false self (ego or you) within the false experience (waking). The man himself is part of the dualistic illusion.

The body-based yogic theories are based on the imagination. Imagination implies duality. Imagination is possible only in the domain of form, time, and space.

When one knows the imagination, imagination, and the world in which he exists are created out of a single stuff and that single stuff is consciousness then there is unity in diversity.

The Soul is without eyes, limbs, parts, without name or caste, without hands and legs because it is ever formless. The Soul, the Self, is the ever-formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The Self is not you because you are bound by birth, life, and death. The Self is not you because you are bound by form, time, and space.

The world in which you exist is created out of a single stuff. That single stuff is the formless Soul. Thus, whatever theories are based on form, time, and space are false theories.
