A Gnani never claims himself as Gnani, he guides the seekers, not posing himself as a Guru, and he does not force his wisdom on others.
Sage Sankara clearly indicates in Viveka Chudamani (2) that the Knower of the Atman (A Gnani) "bears no outward mark of a holy man" (Stanza 539).
Sage Sankara page 482: On Gnani:~ "The knower of Brahman (Gnani) wears no signs. Gives up the insignia of a monk's life…his signs are not manifest, nor his behavior."
Sage Sankara:~ The Knower of the Atman or the knower of Brahman is the Brahma Gnani.
When the knower of Brahman (Gnani) wears no signs it means he does not identify himself as Guru or yogi or teacher or Swami because a Gnani sees the form, the time and space are one in essence. Thus, there is unity in diversity in his realization.
A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.
A Gnani works for the upliftment of humanity from ignorance.

When Jesus came to his village he was very surprised - the people of the village didn't bother with him at all. Jesus has said a prophet is never respected in his own country. What is the reason? Why won't the village respect its prophet? The village people have seen him as the son of the carpenter Joseph, saw him carrying wood, saw him planing wood, saw him sawing wood, saw him bathed in sweat, saw him playing and fighting in the streets. The people of the village have known him since childhood, and have seen him there as a seed. How is it possible that he suddenly becomes the son of God! No, those who saw the seed cannot accept the flower. They say there must be some fraud, some cheating; this man is a hypocrite.
Remember:~
Even friends and family members of a Gnani will not know him as the Gnani.
Due to ignorance, people will not be able to recognize a Gnani. Outwardly the Gnani behaves as an ordinary person behaves.
A Gnani talks and jokes like others, but he is not understood as he really is.
People may regard him as an exceptional person, but only a few can recognize him as a Gnani.

Getting rid of ignorance is a great miracle. There is only one course, the course of truth will set free from ignorance.
That is why Jesus said: ~ “Know what is in front of your face and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you.
It means one has to know the world that confronts him to realize his body and world are made of the same essence and that essence is Spirit or consciousness (father).
Jesus said:~ Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)
~ Jesus meant Self-knowledge or Knowledge of Spirit or God or truth) should not be shared with unqualified people.
1. Jesus said: - “Whoever discovers the interpretation of these sayings will not taste death." (Jesus spoke and Didymos Judas Thomas recorded)
Jesus said:~"Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)
The Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)
Consciousness (Spirit) is the root element of the universe. From consciousness, the universe comes into existence. In consciousness, the universe resides. And into consciousness, the universe is dissolved. Consciousness is the parent of all that is there.
The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Thus, everything is God in truth nothing but God in truth.
The realization of truth is the realization of God in truth.
Realize God in truth is not physical but God in truth is Spirit is the real worship. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
